but our bodies are still holding.

Not because something is wrong —
but because they’ve learned to protect.

In this circle, we will:

• explore why the body resists relaxing
• build trust with the nervous system gently and without force
• experience safety as a felt sense, not just a concept
• practice slowing down without collapsing or shutting down

No fixing.
No pushing.
No performing healing.

Just space to listen — and respond.

• Live 75–90 minute Zoom circle
• Guided embodied practices (breath, presence, regulation)
• Reflection prompts for integration
• Replay access (sent after the session)
